MixedWrite down the external-spool filament type and color before installing 01.04.00.00 — the official notes say that information is erased. If you are in the middle of a set of parts that must fit together, finish the set first: the hole-compensation change can shift size. Handy is the usual downgrade path while Bambu still hosts the previous package. Earlier notes say motor noise reduction has to be calibrated again if you roll back across the version that changed it.
